ANY DEPOSITORIES, CUSTODIANS AND OTHER INTERMEDIARIES RECEIVING THIS NOTICE ARE REQUESTED TO EXPEDITE RE-TRANSMITTAL TO REGISTERED AND BENEFICIAL OWNERS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

To the holders of the Intelsat Securities,

Reference is made to:

1. the Indenture, dated as of January 27, 2022, as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, by and among Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A. ("Intelsat Jackson"), the guarantors party from time to time thereto and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, governing the Notes;
2. each of those Series A and Series B Contingent Value Rights Agreements, dated as of February 23, 2022, as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, by and among Intelsat S.A. (formerly Intelsat Emergence S.A.) ("Intelsat," and together with Intelsat Jackson, the "Issuers," and each an "Issuer"), as equity issuer, Intelsat Jackson, as CVR issuer, and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC ("AST"), as rights agent, governing the CVRs;
3. each of those Series A and Series B Warrant Agreements, dated as of February 23, 2022, as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, by and between Intelsat, as equity issuer, and AST, as warrants agent, governing the Warrants; and
4. the Intelsat S.A. (formerly Intelsat Emergence S.A.) Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 23, 2022, as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (the "Shareholders Agreement"), by and among Intelsat, as equity issuer, and the Holders (as defined in the Shareholders Agreement), governing the Common Shares.

Each Issuer hereby notifies you that a Noteholder Website or Holder Website, each as defined in the applicable agreement, has been opened. Each Issuer plans to use this password-protected website as a means of disclosing reporting and other material information in accordance with the agreements governing the Notes, Common Shares, Warrants and CVRs, as applicable.
